Position Overview
The Christian Post is seeking an innovative Audience Development Director to strategically expand and engage our digital audience across platforms, leveraging data insights and marketing analytics to drive growth and retention of our Christian news readership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital audience growth strategies for acquisition and retention
- Analyze audience analytics to identify and create targeted engagement opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align audience development initiatives
- Identify and execute business growth opportunities across digital platforms
- Manage online audience engagement across multiple content channels
- Create and implement content marketing strategies to expand readership
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital audience strategy experience
- Strong marketing analytics and online engagement skills
- Proven track record of digital audience expansion
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively with senior executive leadership
- Must agree with The Christian Post's statement of faith
- Willingness to work full-time in-person at the Washington, D.C. office
