Position Overview
The Point Hope Children's Ministry Leader will inspire and lead Kidscoast at the campus level, creating transformative experiences for children and families while building a passionate volunteer team dedicated to connecting kids with Jesus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire Kidscoast ministry, developing vision and creating life-transforming opportunities for children and families
- Recruit, develop, and invest in volunteer Dream Team, ensuring team buy-in and clear expectations
- Oversee weekly Kidscoast campus meetings, keeping staff and volunteers informed and supported
- Manage weekend service flow, including check-in stations, attendance tracking, and volunteer coordination
- Proactively communicate ministry initiatives, respond to all Connect Cards, emails, and phone calls
- Create and maintain safe, clean, and welcoming children's ministry environments
- Manage campus childcare ministry and staffing for all events
- Utilize Ministry Platform for event creation, communication, and attendance tracking
Required Qualifications
- Committed Christ follower with a passion for children's ministry
- Strong team leadership skills with ability to see big-picture vision and manage details
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to effectively delegate and motivate volunteers
- Demonstrated commitment to Seacoast Church's core values: Love God, Love People, Make it Better
