Position Overview

The Point Hope Student Ministry Leader at Seacoast Church is a passionate ministry professional dedicated to connecting Middle and High School students to Jesus, building transformative relationships, and leading a dynamic student ministry team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create life-transforming opportunities for students and families, developing strategic ministry connections
• Recruit, develop, and invest in volunteer Dream Team, building leadership capacity for student ministry
• Prepare and equip Small Group Leaders for weekend ministry experiences
• Develop meaningful relationships with students and connect them to small group communities
• Maintain active presence in local schools and student events to grow ministry attendance
• Implement small group curriculum and provide leadership coaching and support
• Manage administrative responsibilities including Ministry Platform tracking, event creation, and communication
• Oversee weekend service flow, including worship, check-in, and volunteer coordination

Required Qualifications

• Committed Christ follower with a calling to student ministry leadership
• Strong team leadership skills with ability to see big-picture vision and manage detailed execution
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to effectively communicate and counsel students and families
• Proficiency in ministry management technologies
