Point Hope Student and Children's Ministry Leader

Position Overview

As the Point Hope Student and Children's Ministry Leader at Seacoast Church, you will passionately lead and inspire ministry teams to connect children (Infant to 5th grade) and students (Middle and High School) to Jesus through transformative programs and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Kidscoast and Custom ministry teams, recruiting and investing in volunteer Dream Teams for children and student ministries
• Create life-transforming opportunities for children, students, and families through strategic programming and spiritual engagement
• Oversee weekly ministry meetings, ensuring staff and volunteers are informed, supported, and aligned with ministry vision
• Manage campus childcare ministry and ensure adequate staffing for all ministry and church events
• Develop relationships with students, connecting them to small groups and providing pastoral care
• Implement curriculum, track attendance using Ministry Platform, and coordinate communication with families
• Maintain safe, secure, and welcoming ministry environments with proper check-in procedures
• Proactively communicate ministry initiatives and respond to all ministry-related communications

Required Qualifications

• Committed Christ follower with a passionate calling to ministry
• Strong leadership skills with ability to vision-cast and manage detailed ministry operations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in ministry management software and administrative tools
• Experience in children's or student ministry leadership preferred
• Ability to embody Seacoast Church's core values: Love God. Love People. Make it Better.
