PaulAnn Church is seeking a Student Pastor to provide vision, leadership, teaching, and pastoral care for middle school and high school students. This role will lead PaulAnn Students, develop adult volunteers, and create environments where students are known, discipled, challenged, and equipped to follow Jesus.

PaulAnn is a diverse, down-to-earth church that seeks to be authentic in worship, genuine in relationships, and relevant in teaching. Each weekend, PaulAnn gathers more than 2,000 people for worship and regularly engages hundreds of students in worship and discipleship on Wednesday nights.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to step into a student ministry with a strong foundation, significant momentum, and a church that deeply believes in investing in the next generation.
PaulAnn Students regularly gathers 250–300 middle and high school students, supported by a faithful volunteer team and a strong culture of worship, biblical teaching, small groups, and discipleship. The ministry is relational and engaging, while also remaining focused on spiritual depth.
The next Student Pastor will bring leadership, dynamic teaching, and a relational presence to a ministry that is already meaningful and ready for its next chapter.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and oversee PaulAnn Students, providing vision, direction, and pastoral leadership for middle school and high school ministry. Teach the Word of God with accuracy, clarity, and relevance in ways that help students understand Scripture and apply it to real life. Create engaging worship and discipleship environments, including Wednesday night gatherings, Sunday morning student environments, camps, retreats, and special events. Build meaningful relationships with students through church gatherings, school activities, camps, events, and community moments. Identify, train, inspire, and support adult volunteers and student leaders. Lead and develop a student ministry team that includes paid staff, interns, administrative support, volunteers, and student leaders. Communicate clearly and regularly with parents, volunteers, staff, and leaders.

Experienced in developing and motivating adults and students to become leaders. Excellent at communicating and relating to others, especially students and parents. Committed to equipping and working alongside parents. Able to identify, train, and inspire adult volunteers and student leaders. Comfortable planning and overseeing weekly student worship experiences that include technical components and live worship. Energetic, approachable, humble, teachable, and able to take initiative in a fast-moving ministry environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior student ministry leadership experience strongly preferred, especially in a growing ministry environment. Strong teaching and preaching ability. Proven ability to build teams, develop leaders, and cultivate a healthy team culture. Excellent communication and follow-through skills. Good pastoral and relational instincts with students, parents, volunteers, and staff. Ability to cast vision, build culture, and implement ministry strategy. A spiritually mature, trustworthy, humble, and teachable Christ-follower. Full agreement with and commitment to the theology, mission, and values of PaulAnn Church.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $65,000–$75,000
PaulAnn offers a strong benefits package, including generous paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
