Bilingual Chaplain Part Time - Perris CA

Position Overview

As a Bilingual Chaplain with Marketplace Chaplains, you will serve as a compassionate spiritual support professional, ministering to employees and their families across various workplace environments while embodying Christian values and providing confidential pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular weekly visits to company worksites, building trusting relationships with employees through compassionate interaction
• Provide confidential pastoral counseling on personal issues including family matters, grief, financial stress, and life challenges
• Offer support during critical life events such as serious illness, death, workplace transitions, and family emergencies
• Visit employees or immediate family members in hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, and other appropriate settings
• Facilitate referral services and coordinate specialized assistance for employees and their families
• Participate in new employee orientations to explain Employee Care Services
• Maintain professional documentation and communication with company leadership
• Represent companies during sensitive situations with diplomacy and compassion

Required Qualifications

• Active Christian faith with demonstrated spiritual maturity and participation in a biblically-based church
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with diverse groups
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Google Suites, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications
• Valid state driver's license with minimum required auto insurance
• Ability to work in varied workplace environments
• Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
