Early Preschool Floater Teacher - Celebration Church

Position Overview

As an Early Preschool Floater Teacher at Lionheart Children's Academy, you will play a critical role in providing developmental and spiritual care for young children, creating a nurturing learning environment that supports their holistic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and implement educational programs in accordance with Academy Director and curriculum guidelines
• Provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences that meet individual children's needs
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers and NAC accreditation standards
• Create a safe, positive, and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning
• Effectively communicate with parents and team members to support child development
• Maintain current First-Aide and CPR certifications
• Demonstrate commitment to biblical living and representing Christ in daily interactions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Early education BA, AA, or CDA highly preferred
• Previous experience in a state-licensed facility OR 24 hours of documented pre-service training
• Children's ministry experience preferred
• Ability to pass criminal background check
