What you'll do:

Recruit, develop, and equip volunteer leadership across the different ministry areas such as first-impressions, next steps, etc.
Coordinator midweek and weekend set-up and tear-down of the campus
Inspect rooms and building prior to events to make sure all requirements are met including temperature settings, doors and access, room configurations, and last-minute needs and details
Oversee and manage benevolence requests for the campus
Oversee and manage campus events such as baptism weekend, At the Movies, conferences, etc.
Develop and execute a weekend service culture team strategy
In conjunction with the Campus Pastor, prepare and lead weekend huddles
In conjunction with the Campus Pastor, prepare and drive the weekly staff meeting
In conjunction with the Campus Pastor, lead weekend services and ministries
In conjunction with the Campus Pastor, provide ministry alignment in keeping with strategic goals
Other duties as assigned by Campus Pastor

Skills & Experience you've had:

Minimum of 3-5 years ministry experience
Previous success as a leader or manager
BA or BS degree preferred
