Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals through active promotion and client engagement
• Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, setting appointments, and greeting clients
• Maintain detailed knowledge of service menu and educate clients on service benefits and enhancements
• Consistently achieve performance-based goals including membership conversion, booking efficiency, and call conversion
• Passionately promote spa sales, promotions, and events
• Uphold rigorous spa cleanliness and professional standards
• Work flexible schedules including weekends, daytime, evening, and holiday hours

• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, winning personality with a client-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible scheduling
• Strong sales and relationship-building capabilities
