Position Overview

Hand & Stone Falls Church is seeking talented Licensed Massage Therapists to provide exceptional, personalized massage services that help clients feel their absolute best through customized treatment plans and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Massage Therapy license and adhere to all state/county licensing regulations
• Customize treatment plans tailored to each individual client's specific needs and wellness goals
• Deliver high-quality massage services using advanced techniques including Hot Stones, Himalayan Salt Stones, and CBD Oil
• Create an excellent client experience through professional, friendly communication and personalized care
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities
• Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and organization of treatment rooms and common areas
• Carry personal massage liability insurance

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Massage Therapy license
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in various massage techniques

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary of $20-$25 per 50-minute Swedish massage
• Uncapped commission structure with potential earnings of $6-$9 additional per hour
• Average tips ranging from 18-25% of service price
• Potential total annual compensation of $65,000-$88,000 (full-time) or $33,000-$44,000 (part-time)
