Spanish Ministry Intern

Position Overview

We are seeking a Christ-centered Spanish Ministry Intern who will lead worship and support our Spanish-speaking congregation, providing hands-on ministry experience and engaging cross-cultural ministry opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead worship in Spanish during Sunday services, coordinating with volunteers for rehearsals and song selection
• Prepare media (lyrics, slides) and support audio/visual technical setup for worship services
• Assist in organizing weekly and monthly Spanish ministry events including Bible studies, outreach, and fellowship activities
• Provide administrative support to the Spanish Ministry Pastor
• Help engage and build relationships with congregation members
• Participate in assigned leadership meetings and training opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) with English proficiency
• Experience in music and worship (vocals and instrument - piano or guitar)
• Strong commitment to biblical Christian principles and personal faith in Jesus Christ
• Proficiency in worship technology (ProPresenter, Planning Center, MultiTracks)
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative
• Willingness to learn and receive mentorship
• Demonstrated heart for ministry and serving the Spanish-speaking community
