Minneapolis Campus Ministry City Director

Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, parents, educators, and community leaders. Recruit and mobilize volunteer coaches and ministry partners. Coach and disciple student leaders in evangelism and leadership. Equip students to reach their schools with the 5 Gospel Challenges. Build and lead a Minneapolis ministry team. Cast vision and identify opportunities for ministry growth. Develop emerging leaders and foster gospel-centered leadership.

Ideal Candidate Passionate and courageous about evangelism. Strong leader, recruiter, and team builder. Inspiring communicator and natural networker. Entrepreneurial, driven, teachable, and relational. Spiritually mature and committed to God’s Word, prayer, and following Jesus.

Qualifications Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting. Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Details $50,000–$75,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications. Full-time, 45+ hours/week. Staff participate in fundraising with training and ongoing support. Significant local travel throughout Minneapolis. Regular Midwest and occasional national travel for ministry events, training, and conferences.
