Los Angeles Campus Ministry Staff

Key responsibilities include:

Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, parents, educators, and community leaders. Recruit and mobilize volunteers to equip students for evangelism. Coach and disciple student leaders to share the gospel with their peers. Train students to reach their schools and communities with the 5 Gospel Challenges. Develop and lead a coalition of churches and ministry partners. Cast vision for reaching students and expanding Decision Point’s ministry. Develop ministry leaders and foster gospel-centered leadership. Represent Decision Point throughout the LA Christian community.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong passion and courage for evangelism. Leadership and team-building experience. Ability to recruit, mobilize, and develop others. Strong communication and networking skills. A relational, entrepreneurial, and initiative-driven mindset. Spiritual maturity, love for Jesus, and commitment to God’s Word and prayer.

Qualifications Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting. Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Support Raising Salary: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week. Staff participate in fundraising and receive training, coaching, and ongoing support.

Additional Details Significant local travel throughout the LA area. Regular travel throughout the West Coast and to other Decision Point ministry hubs. Occasional travel for mission trips, ministry events, training, and organizational gatherings.
