Campus Ministry Field Staff Decision Point

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit ministry equipping students to boldly share the gospel on their school campuses and online.

We’re looking for a passionate, relational leader to help build a student-led gospel movement across local schools by partnering with churches, coaching students, developing volunteers, and expanding ministry impact.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships with pastors, churches, students, parents, and community leaders Coach and disciple students to share the gospel with their peers Recruit and develop volunteers and ministry partners Cast vision and mobilize others to reach the next generation Help grow Decision Point’s ministry throughout the region

Who You Are

Passionate about evangelism and reaching students A strong communicator, leader, and relationship builder Experienced in ministry and team leadership Committed to God’s Word, prayer, and Christ-centered leadership Entrepreneurial, motivated, and teachable

Compensation

$48,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience.

All Decision Point staff participate in support raising, with training, coaching, and ongoing support provided. Staff receive a dependable salary from day one.

Full-time | Significant local travel | Bachelor’s degree preferred
