Inland Empire Campus Ministry Staff

What You'll Do Share the gospel and disciple students. Coach and develop student leaders. Build relationships with churches, pastors, and community leaders. Recruit and equip volunteers. Lead outreach efforts in local schools. Travel throughout the region to support ministry initiatives. Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

Has a passion for evangelism and discipleship. Enjoys mentoring and developing leaders. Is a strong communicator and relationship builder. Is organized, self-motivated, and spiritually mature. Has ministry experience (preferred). Holds a bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required). Is willing to travel as needed.

Position Details Employment: Full-time (45+ hours/week) Location: Inland Empire, CA Anticipated Start: Spring 2026 or later Salary: $48,000–$64,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

Fundraising

As part of Decision Point's ministry model, every staff member builds a team of prayer and financial partners. Comprehensive fundraising training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided, so previous fundraising experience is not required.
