Orange County Campus Ministry Staff Full-Time | Orange County, CA

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to equipping students to share the gospel on their school campuses and online. We are seeking a Campus Ministry Staff member to coach student leaders, partner with local churches, and help expand gospel outreach throughout Orange County.

Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor student leaders in evangelism. Build relationships with churches, pastors, and community leaders. Support and grow campus ministry across local schools. Recruit, train, and develop future ministry leaders.

Qualifications:

Passion for sharing the gospel and discipling students. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ministry experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Willingness to travel throughout the L.A./Orange County area.

Salary: $48,000–$64,000/year (based on experience)

This role includes raising financial and prayer support, with training and ongoing coaching provided by Decision Point.
