Denver Campus Ministry City Director Full-Time | Denver, CO

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to equipping students to share the gospel on their school campuses and online. We are seeking a Denver Campus Ministry City Director to lead and expand campus ministry by coaching student leaders, partnering with local churches, and building relationships throughout the community.

Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor student leaders in evangelism. Build partnerships with churches, pastors, and community leaders. Lead and grow campus ministry efforts across the Denver area. Recruit, train, and develop volunteers and ministry leaders.

Qualifications:

Passion for sharing the gospel and reaching students. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Ministry experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Willingness to travel throughout the Denver area.

Salary: $50,000–$65,000/year (based on experience)

This role includes raising financial and prayer support with training and coaching provided by Decision Point.
