North Carolina Campus Ministry Staff

We're Looking For Someone Who: Has a passion for sharing the gospel with students. Enjoys building relationships with churches and communities. Is a strong communicator, leader, and coach. Is organized, self-motivated, and spiritually mature. Has ministry experience (preferred) and is willing to travel throughout North Carolina.

Qualifications Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Full-time commitment (45+ hours/week).

Compensation Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience). Staff members raise personal prayer and financial support with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching provided by Decision Point.
