Bay Area Campus Ministry Staff

We're Looking For Someone Who: Has a passion for sharing the gospel with students. Loves building relationships and partnering with churches. Is a strong communicator, leader, and coach. Is organized, self-motivated, and mission-driven. Demonstrates spiritual maturity and a heart for evangelism.

Qualifications Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Willing to travel throughout the Bay Area. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Salary: $48,000–$64,000 annually (based on experience). Full-time (45+ hours/week). This position includes raising personal prayer and financial support, with training and ongoing coaching provided by Decision Point.
