Chicago Area Campus Ministry Staff

We're Looking For Someone Who: Has a passion for sharing the gospel with students. Enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders. Builds strong relationships with churches and community leaders. Is organized, self-motivated, and a strong communicator. Demonstrates spiritual maturity and a heart for ministry.

Qualifications Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Willingness to travel throughout the Chicago area and occasionally nationwide. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary & Support Raising $40,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience. All Decision Point staff raise prayer and financial support, with training and coaching provided.
