Campus Ministry Field Staff

You'll spend 50–75% of your time in the field during the school year, working with students, churches, and local communities.

Qualifications Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Willing to travel locally and occasionally nationwide. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and student ministry.

Salary & Support Raising $40,000–$75,000 annually, depending on location and experience. All staff raise prayer and financial support, with training and coaching provided.
