Indianapolis Area Campus Ministry Staff

We're Looking For Someone Who: Has a passion for sharing the gospel with students. Enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders. Builds strong relationships with churches and community leaders. Is organized, self-motivated, and a strong communicator. Demonstrates spiritual maturity and a heart for ministry.

Qualifications Ministry experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred (not required). Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationwide. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary & Support Raising $48,000–$64,000 annually, based on experience. As with all Decision Point staff, you'll raise prayer and financial support with training and coaching provided.
