Ministry Services Representative

Position Overview

As a Ministry Services Representative at David C Cook, you'll provide exceptional customer support for faith-based resources, connecting customers with products and services while contributing to the organization's mission of equipping the global church.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt customer support through phone, email, and live chat, responding to product and service inquiries with professionalism and care
• Process new order requests, create and update automatic orders, track delivery progress, and manage order status information
• Document customer interactions in database and communicate requests to appropriate departments using Zendesk ticketing system
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current products, marketing offers, and organizational policies
• Perform order entry and return processing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with outbound sales calls for other business units when call volume allows
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ministry customer support tools and processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer support experience via phone, email, and chat
• Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and spelling
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, MS Teams, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to self-direct and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to sit at a computer station and use a telephone headset for extended periods
• Bilingual Spanish and English skills preferred
