Day/Night Support Staff

-About Capstone- Capstone Treatment Center is a Christ-centered residential behavioral health facility helping young men and their families find healing and hope. Our work is relational, purpose-driven, and rooted in a mission of restoration. Support Staff are the heartbeat of that mission — the people who walk alongside our residents day and night, model steadiness and care, and help make Capstone a safe place to heal.

-The Role- As Day/Night Support Staff, you provide direct supervision, structure, and encouragement to residents throughout their daily routine. You're not expected to have clinical experience — you're expected to bring presence, dependability, and genuine care. We'll train you on everything else. This is a great fit for someone who wants their work to matter, enjoys building relationships with young people, and thrives in a team environment. We have both day shifts and overnight shifts available. Overnight staff focus on maintaining a safe, calm environment, monitoring residents through the night, and handling early-morning routines; day staff are more active in programming, activities, meals, and daily structure.

-What You'll Do- -Provide caring, consistent supervision of residents and help maintain a safe, structured environment -Build positive, appropriate relationships that encourage residents' growth and progress -Support residents through daily routines — meals, chores, activities, recreation, and transitions -Model healthy behavior, good boundaries, and a positive attitude -Document observations and communicate clearly with clinical and program staff -Respond calmly and appropriately to challenging situations, following training and protocols -Assist with the overall daily operation of the residential program

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver's license
• Physically able to actively engage with residents and respond to situations as needed
