Encounter High is in search of a dedicated Full-Time Teacher for the 2025-2026 academic year. This role is ideally suited for an individual who has a passion for working with adolescents, takes pleasure in mentoring youth, and possesses a genuine commitment to guiding the next generation. You will engage with high school students (grades 9–12) and have the chance to make a significant impact on their lives. We seek a dynamic individual who embodies a youthful spirit in their interactions with students while also acting as a composed role model.Key Responsibilities:-Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons from Monday through Thursday.-Design and facilitate Friday adventures and outreach activities that promote experiential learning and spiritual development.-Create and develop curriculum specifically tailored to meet student needs, as all curriculum at Encounter High is custom-designed.-Nurture a Christ-centered educational environment where students can encounter God, identify their calling, and cultivate their journey as lifelong disciples of Jesus.-Collaborate effectively with a highly team-oriented staff to foster a robust culture of discipleship and adventure-based learning.-Adapt to a rapidly changing program requiring flexibility and creative solutions.-Contribute to the continued development and growth of Encounter High, assisting in shaping its vision and organizational structure..
