Master's degree required to teach undergraduate students. Job Category: Education Description Anderson University is seeking qualified applicants for part time/adjunct roles in the area of Theology and Christian Ministry. Primary responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and/or graduate level classes. Anderson University is accepting applications for adjunct teaching positions. Adjunct Faculty are temporary, part-time positions hired each semester on an as-needed basis. Instructional responsibilities include; Meet scheduled classes contracted to teach. Facilitate a learning environment to promote student success. Provide a syllabus for assigned course(s). Manage course content and requirements. Maintain student records of attendance and grades according to established academic schedule. Evaluation of student work and course assessment. Maintain frequent communication with students, department faculty, and staff. Aid students beyond scheduled class time to answer questions/provide assistance. Submit required documentation and attend required university meetings. Complete required training including security and ITS training. Consult with Academic Director/Dean to resolve concerns and issues with classes or individual students. Qualifications: A master's degree or beyond with experience in field is required; PhD, ThD, or DMIN is preferred.
